Campus Print is UCPH's internal professional printing house offering support for all employees and students at The University of Copenhagen.

We specialise in producing research related print materials, though we are happy to help find solutions that fit your particular needs should you have print jobs of a different nature. 

 

Send your file in pdf format to campusprint@adm.ku.dk with a description of what you would like to have printed. Remember to specify the quantity and size.

We are happy to print your thesis for you and bind it with an adhesive spine. As a starting point, your thesis will be printed on 100g semi-gloss paper. The book will subsequently be post-processed so that the finished result will be a paperback book with a film-coated cover.

Postcards

The University of Copenhagen offers a wide selection of postcards that can be used for receptions or anniversaries. Click here to see a range of the standard postcards available.
The red and white UCPH folding cards are available in both A5 and A6 sizes, while the remaining UCPH cards – featuring various university-themed designs – are available in A5 size.

We usually print posters on semi-gloss or matte paper, but if the poster needs to be a bit more durable, or if you need to take it with you on a trip, we can also print it on vinyl or fabric.


Additionally, we also print larger banners for both indoor and outdoor use, which are UV-resistant and weatherproof. Please feel free to contact us if you need guidance on which material best suits your needs.​

Roll-ups are ideal when you need a mobile solution without compromising on quality. They are easy to transport, can be quickly rolled up​ and down, and reused again and again.
Our roll-ups are available in widths of 80, 85, and 120 cm, and stand 200 cm tall when fully extended. When not in use, they can be easily packed into the included carrying bag. The compact dimensions are 83x12x12 cm or 123x12x12 cm for the widest model.
By default, roll-ups are produced on a PET film with a semi-matte surface and a silver backside with a blockout effect. The material is opaque and does not curl. However, we also offer roll-ups printed on fabric if you prefer a different look.

We typically print your booklet on 100g paper with a 160g cover. The most common sizes are A5, A4, or square A4, but we’re happy to print your booklet in exactly the size you want.


Once printed, all edges of your finished booklet will be trimmed. If your booklet has more than 20 pages, it will also be square-folded to ensure a flat, professional-looking finish.

Each semester, we print course readers for students. The purpose of these collections is to gather the primary course materials in one place, so students don’t have to invest in a wide range of different books.
Instructors submit their teaching materials to us, and we take care of cleaning up any visual distractions and formatting the text for a professional result.
We also ensure that copyright regulations are followed and report all used sources to Copydan, so authors are properly credited for their work.
As an instructor, you can use the links below to create your course reader. Once it’s printed, it will be available for students to purchase via our webshop and in our physical store at Søndre Campus.

If you are employed at the University of Copenhagen, you can order standard UCPH business cards via the link below. The cards measure 8.5 x 5.5 cm and will be delivered through internal mail.​

Special cards

Special cards, e.g. with Chinese text on the back of a Danish or English card (requires submission of a PDF of the Chinese text), or business cards in Danish or other languages with a special layout, are invoiced to the unit of the person who places the order. Contact Campus Print (see contact box on the right) for further information on pricing, etc.

Only the red UCPH logo is permitted on University business cards. The address must be a UCPH address. The unit’s phone number must be on the card, along with, if necessary, private phone numbers.
